Get stuck into the wonderful world of Risograph printing with our hands on workshop! 

Risograph printing is a stencil based printing process known for its vibrant colours, rich textures, and slightly imperfect, handmade feel. Each colour is printed in separate layers using soy based inks, giving every print a unique finish with subtle misalignment and grain. Riso sits somewhere between screen printing and photocopying, combining bold colour with a raw, tactile quality.

Whether you're a total newbie or a seasoned artist, this session is all about fun, making cool prints and exploring a hybrid printmaking method. 

We will teach you all the basics of risograph printing and guide you through the process, using textured papers, collage, and mark making techniques, to create your very own two colour print!

This workshop is located at Swan Hill studio, 5 minute walk from Shrewsbury town center. Bring your enthusiasm and leave with a bunch of unique prints and new skills. Can't wait to see you there!
